Year 3 pupils were so excited to come into the classroom and find that Mr Caldora had set up the classroom for a masterclass in how to make a summer salad.  The children not only had an opportunity to taste fruit and vegetables they hadn't tried before but also to be shown how to cut food safely using the claw and the bridge technique.
