Also known as LOtC for short, this is a weekly opportunity for KS1 and KS2 pupils to take their learning outside...whatever the weather. Their activities can be linked to any subject, with approaches to learn in a different ways.  Children are looking at:

• The outdoor environment and mapping the different areas they have access to
• Measuring the perimeter of a leaf
• Using objects found outdoors to create number bonds to 10
• Collecting items to support the 10/2/5 times tables

As you can see, the children had great fun whilst reinforcing their learning.
