Mr Caldora, from the Adopt a Chef company, paid his second visit to Year 3 and Year 4.  This time, the children were practising skills they had previously learnt, using the claw and bridge cutting methods to prepare food safely.  Mr Caldora brought beautiful fresh ingredients for the children to create their own Greek style salad. He also showed them how to make paneer cheese,  which was a replacement for feta. Again, a huge thank you for sharing your skills with us Mr Caldora and giving the children learning they will never forget.
